A Dip in the Pool

Epoch 324700 (2024.11.13)

There's been an Adoption Center available for MoonCats to find new owners even before the rescue rocket made its final trip up to ChainStation Alpha, but as the MoonCats explore the digital lifestyle, their curiosity led them to a way to find a new owner that involves getting wet? While terrestrial felines tend to avoid water, MoonCats seem to have no problem jumping into NFT pools on some of the alien planets found in their explorations of Deep Space. If you're looking for a new feline friend, you may want to try donning a swimming suit and taking a dip yourself!

Station veterinarians investigated these bubbling pools of liquidity, and concluded that in general, fully acclimated MoonCats (who glow with health from spending some time in The Acclimator) thrive just fine in these pools. MoonCats who have moved into these pools have adopted a more communal way of living, where each MoonCat is not owned by one Etherian, but rather a collective of Ethereans watch over the whole pool. Some MoonCats like soaking in the pool for a long while, but all are always on the lookout for a special Etherian to adopt them. So don't be shy; browse the travel brochure, take a short shuttle ride, marvel at the glorious pink alien skies, and find your own (slightly damp) furry friend to take home!

Tourist P. S. A.

Towels for the NFT pools are free. If you are approached by someone attempting to sell you a "towel pass" or saying they can get you "the good towels" for a fee, don't be a freshman tourist who falls for it.
