The MoonCatLicense is designed so that:

You are free to:

  • Display the image of your MoonCat
  • Make money with the image of your MoonCat
  • Create derivative works with the image of your MoonCat as long as:
    • You agree the derivative works will be licensed to whomever owns MoonCat in the future

MoonCat​Rescue LLC cannot:

  • License your MoonCat image to other parties

MoonCat​Rescue LLC can still:

  • Use the images for all MoonCats, which we will only do when showing collections of MoonCats or broadly promoting the MoonCat ecosystem
